"Stay Here Regularly, Hands down the best accommodation in Toowoomba"
Stay here in the family rooms at least 3-4 times a year .This place has the best beds and pillows and the biggest family rooms in Toowoomba.
It is always 40 .\. cheaper than comparable hotels in Toowoomba on booking.com.
I won't stay anywhere else in Toowoomba.

Have stayed here before and it continues to be good. Pool and gymnasium are available, service is very good, off street parking. Rooms are very comfortable and at the back they are quiet. All amenities, with restaurant and walk to the shopping center.

The MAS Country Platinum was a great place to stay overnight in Toowoomba. The staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms were very large, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I will definitely be staying here in my next trip to Toowoomba.

We had a great overnight stay for a wedding in town. Our accommodation was at a very high standard. Staff were very helpful. Platinum International is a great place to stay. Would highly recommend this motel to family and friends.

Booking was done via the phone due to some special needs from one guest, on arrival the rooms were found to very clean and well appointed.
The price was very reasonable longer check out time was requested and wasn't a problem, well worth the stay

"Fantastic hotel in Toowoomba"
Great hotel for stay for the Carnival of Flowers. The room was big and could easily sleep 5 people. Very clean and attention to detail in comforts is exceptional. Buffet breakfast is well worth the money and they supply gluten free food. Staff are friendly and efficient.

The rooms a great! The food in the restaurant was great and the staff are just fantastic and would have to be the most accommodating people I have come across in the industry. Being away from home for work is not ideal but these guys just made it so much easier even recooking our pre-ordered meals because we got hung up at work and were late back at no extra charge. i would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for one night. Lovely, modern and clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Best sleep I've had for a while.
Directly opposite Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre. On the main highway but very little noise.
Would definitely stay again. Might even try the onsite restaurant next time.

"It's the little things!"
I stay in a lot of hotels & this one is far beyond the others!
It’s the little touches that makes the difference like the coffee machine, make removers and chocolates available in each room :-)
They have thought of everything! All the normal amenities are great too! Comfy bed, great shower & wifi and parking included

"Weekend getaway"
Fabulous stay, extremely well fitted out. Great staff and beautiful breakfast. We had a great weekend and loved the Epire Theatre and Swan Lake. Bed was super comfortable and Joel made us feel very welcome. Bar staff also very friendly and restaurant was beautiful, would have loved to have more time to enjoy our dinner but had to go to the theatre.

After a mix up (on my behalf) with dates the manager made sure we got a room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable. This place is a definite must if you are staying in Toowoomba.

"Great place to stay"
We were in Toowoomba for only one night. I tried to find somewhere 'nice' for 2 adults and 2 kids, that was a bit upmarket, with plenty of space. MAS Country Platinum didn't disappoint. Very clean when we entered, 2 QS beds, and a single bed, all made up and ready to go. The kids were happy - they didn't have to sleep in the same bed. Modern facilities, nice bathroom, even had a coffee machine. Location wise a little bit out of the centre of Toowoomba, but really not far, and close to Maccas for an early brekky on the way home. Happy daze.

"I always stay here because of the staff, food and location."
Great people to do business with, I stay here regularly and the restaurant is good and the rooms are above average for a regional hotel, always comfortable. The beds are wonderful as is the hot shower and the in room amenities. Paper at breakfast and nothing is too much trouble, Robert, Grace and Alana are excellent at what they do to make your stay good, I will be back again soon.

Clean modern hotel. Good location near shopping centre. Quick check in, friendly helpful staff. Great quick room service at reasonable prices. Quite room with good aircon and heating. Good parking. Would stay again.

"High Quality"
A nice surprise for $190 for one night. Good looking hotel, clean with professional finishes around the hotel.
Plenty of parking, massive room, a hotel with a proper Queen size bed and single in the room. Both beds we're extremely comfortable for a hotel. Both room chairs are were very comfortable and roomy.
Bathroom is massive with dual sinks, but small or short kids may struggle with the night of the sinks are quite high. Not a problem for me at 185cm. Curtains must be 100% block out because no day light came into the room in the morning.
It has a nice pool area, we didn't eat at the restaurant but room service meals appeared quite reasonable compared to Sydney prices.
This will be our new regular stay when in Toowoomba QLD.

Another great stay at this venue perfect for our show room vehicle,as well as all the comfits of home. The rooms are spacious clean,beds to suit all requirements I'm thinking but over all tops. Shopping centre is very handy opposite venue,parking not a problem at this venue,staff a very polite,meals were perfect so I would definitely be back.

This hotel/motel is always clean, comfortable and reliable. It's in a great location opposite Clifford gardens shopping centre, on the main highway and easy to find. We visit Toowoomba frequently and always stays here. We can rely on the standards, it's never let us down. Can thoroughly recommend.

"Week long stay"
I stayed here while judging at Toowoomba Royal. Room was lovely, staff were nice and rooms clean and well sourced. The restaurant meals in the evening were to die for. Loved every night I or my friends ate there. Just about everything on menu was covered and definitely no complaints. The manager was friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely stay here again if in Toowoomba.

Stayed for two nights and found this accommodation to suit our requirements perfectly.
We arrived early, went to just check in and we were told our room was ready and that we could go straight to it. This was certainly appreciated, as we had an early start to our day. To be able to go and relax straight away was excellent.
Room was a good size and the provision of two tub chairs was great. No fighting over who got the chair and who had to sit on the bed while watching telly !!
Location is perfect with the shopping centre across the road. This allowed for last minute forgotten supplies.

"Great little getaway"
A great stay for one night away! Room very clean and comfortable! Very large bathroom which was handy! Heaps of parking available! Very close to central Toowoomba! Staff were very helpful and greeted us cheerfully. Check in and out very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Its not often you get more than you expect. We booked a room for 3 adults whilst visiting toowoomba for an event. For a $165 we weren't expecting much. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, the room spacious and spotlessly clean. There were 2 x queen beds and 1 x single bed, a small desk area, fridge, wardrobe etc and 3 comfy leather chairs and coffee table. Large bathroom with plenty of towells. Very well appointed. Best of all, as the motel was on busy James Street we were expecting a lot of road noise especially from trucks. Our room was upstairs at the rear of the property and surprisingly quiet. I am a light sleeper so was really grateful for the peaceful night sleep.

They have soap, shampoo and everything you need in a bathroom. That makes it easy to travel. There is a full bar and restaurant in site. Meals are good and a wide choice. There is a service station next door with a convenience store. There is a supermarket over the road and shopping centre. Great location and friendly staff. A pleasure to visit

Stayed here on a Sunday night after the Flower festival and was very impressed. Rooms are huge, well appointed and comfortable. Was impressed by the soundproofing of the room as you cannot hear a vehicle from the nearby highway. Very friendly and attentive staff. would agree its the best accommodation in Toowoomba

"Fantastic rooms and great location"
Large rooms and well appointed with lounge areas, desk areas, coffee machine and large bathrooms. There is nothing that I would recommending changing. there is a large shopping centre across the road. It is on a main road but you would never know it from your room. The sewing kits provide was just what we needed after needing to take up a skirt for a night function.

"The Best Stay In Toowoomba"
My family and myself recently stayed at the MAS Country Platinum International, and it was amazing. We checked in late and were given our key by friendly reception staff. The motel is within walking distance to a McDonalds which was perfect after 8 hours of driving. Also next door was a petrol station which meant my father was able to fill up before our next day. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were the best I have ever seen whilst we have been traveling. The beds were comfy and we were able to get a good nights rest. Overall an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it.

"Definitely Stay Again"
Our ground floor Standard Room was extremely spacious with 2 double beds plus a single. Four comfortable armchairs around a table were perfect for in-room eating & the delight was stepping outside into a private courtyard.
The bathroom was large with an excellent shower (I judge a motel by the standard of the water pressure! - love my shower!!!). The pool area did look inviting, but we did not use.
To complement all the comfort was the reception team who were all so friendly, helpful & extremely efficient.
An establishment that deserves accolades, well done.

"Warm and comfortable"
We stayed here for only 1 night the staff at reception were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a Nesspresso pod machine in the bedroom. It is not close to the centre of the city but cheap enough to get a uber in or out.

Firstly I have to congratulate the staff who were all helpful, interested in us, and efficient. The rooms were very clean, the beds were brilliant, the linen was clean and good quality, the breakfasts were excellent, and parking was easy. The motel is well located with a big shopping centre across the road. All in all a wonderful stay, and value for money.

We were most impressed by this hotel from the first impression at reception - excellent customer relationship and then to the large very comfortable standard studio unit. Fantastic value for money and great breakfast. Service exceptional ! We will definitely stay here again as often in Toowoomba.

Lovely big room and a good price $165. Thick fluffy towels, lovely outlook on the ground floor with a small court yard. Smart modern Devore and a very quiet room, I slept well. Perfect for what we needed, I did enjoy the coffee machine lovely touch :)

What a great hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable & spacious. Great for work travel. Even includes a coffee pod machine, a variety of tv channels including movie channels. There is a restaurant on site however I didn't try it.

"Exceptional service"
My partner, mother-in-law and I stayed overnight in a family unit with 2 bedrooms, large living area and bathroom. The accomodation was clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy with a nice balcony overlooking the city in the distance.
The staff were exceptional in their welcome and friendly, attentive service throughout our stay with the highlight being our evening meal in the restaurant. After a relaxing drink in the well appointed bar area we were shown to our table by the manager and accepted his recommendation of rib fillet for dinner which was expertly cooked to perfection by the in house chef. Considering we all like our steak cooked to different degrees of "done" the end result was outstanding. Dessert and wine recommendations were equally impressive followed by a pleasant chat with the wait staff capped off a very enjoyable evening. Will definitely stay again if visiting Toowoomba.

The whole experience was excellent, warm welcome on arrival, the room and amenities were fantastic (Spa Bath was worth the extra) Didn't hear any traffic noise. Even checkout was quick and friendly. Will stay here again next time.

My room was lovely. Nicely colour coordinated. Beds so comfortable and a variety of pillows.It was very quiet even though on a busy road. I never heard any road noise or other tenants and the motel was completely full for the Flower and Baby shows on in town. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of hot water and the shower had fantastic pressure. The coffee pods were a much welcomed touch! I had a bit of trouble getting on the wifi but eventually did. Would definitely take laptop plug next time. Ordered breakfast and nice and hot. Lots of bacon! Really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable, quiet, dark room got a goodnight's sleep. Even though on main road with petrol station next door but back a bit. Clean and modern decor (no flowery bedspreads). Recommend. Away from city centre.

"Immaculate"
We had a wonderful experience here. From the friendly and professional staff to the fastidiously neat and clean grounds and our immaculate family room - two bedroom plus single bed, with kitchenette, coffee machine and 2 tv's - very convenient, with up to date furnishings and coverings. Very quiet, no noise at all. And free wifi that worked! We also enjoyed dinner in the small restaurant - small menu but nice food and a really good buffet breakfast. Lovely staff. Highly recommended :)

"Immaculately clean, stylish and beautifully presented room. Plentiful towels, and generous quantities of tea coffee & even lots of biscuits provided! Our room was very quiet, no road noise at all. Restaurant has delicious food. Breakfast was very good, a great selection. And the staff were exceptionally friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"Perfection"
We stay in Toowoomba a lot from the country we come to do our shopping so this was the first time staying here. We loved it the rooms are spacious and very clean. I love that it has a gym and a restaurant. I love how close it is too Clifford Gardens and in between to places to get a snack from.
If I was to be picky and choose something to pick on just because, it would be that there wasn't any hot chocolate satchels in the rooms. Not necessary in summer but winter it would be nice.
We are going to be staying here a lot more in future.

"Fantastic"
My wife and i stayed here on the 3rd of June. After a long drive from Blackall with two kids we were delighted with the room. Mary the receptionist was absoultly lovely and the checkin was quick and easy. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing and the beer cold. The whole team at the Platinum were friendly and professional. We will be recommending to friends and family and staying here any time we are back in the Toowoomba region.

Checking in was a delight, the reception was very welcoming and friendly. We travel quite regularly and having a motel with great value rooms and a restaurant too boot ticks all the boxes. The food was absolutely delicious! I will be trying my hardest to book Toowoomba in on our next trip just so I have have another dinner!

I stayed here recently for two nights on a work trip.. what a great location directly across the road from the shopping centre.. the rooms are fabulous spacious & clean.. dinner in the restaurant both nights was delicious. Very helpful staff.. will definitely stay here again if ever in Toowoomba.

My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago to attend a family reunion in town. I can't fault it - The rooms were modern and comfortable, the restaurant had delicious food and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's in such a great location and would highly recommend for business or pleasure.

Recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Toowoomba which was so handy to everything. Check in was very quick and the staff were wonderful. So friendly and easy going. "Well Positioned"
I travel to Toowoomba every month for work. Although has recently changed Staff and no longer with Choice Hotels I feel it has kept its atmosphere and has appointed new and friendly Staff. Room is always immaculate and I have a passion for their garlic prawn topper. I cannot falter their food or service. I prefer the downstairs rooms with a courtyard and I will continue to visit monthly.

"Modern and Comfortable"
I stayed at this hotel recently for business. It was only an overnight stay, but I thought it was an excellent place to stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very well appointed and modern. The amenities in the room were excellent. I stayed for breakfast and found it to be good value for money.
I would recommend the hotel to other travellers. I should mention that it's location on the main road makes it a little bit noisy. I always travel with ear plugs anyway.

“Friendly, Quality, Professional Hotel”
Have stayed here many times, but haven't written a review for a few years. We have the same excellent service every time. Our room was in the newer section down the back at the end and upstairs. Our balcony overlooked the pool and water feature. Parking is easy at the bottom of the flight of stairs. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well stocked. We have found this room to be very quiet, in spite of its main road position. Dinner was very enjoyable and breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options. Staff are pleasant and professional; booking, checking in and out and at the restaurant. We happily stay here each year on our return from NSW and feel Platinum International offers excellent value for money.
